Auralex WaveLens grid diffusers provide a simple, effective way to redirect sound energy in your space. Sound waves hit the separators in the grid and are scattered back in multiple directions, creating a more diffuse sound field in your room.

WaveLens panels can be mounted in multiple ways. You can create a cloud at the reflection points on your ceiling by grouping multiple WaveLens panels together in a suspended ceiling grid.

Alternatively, you can mount them on a wall on top of other acoustic panels or bass traps to create a hybrid absorptive-diffusive surface.

WaveLens grid diffusers are made from bamboo giving them a beautiful, natural look. When used in green building projects they can provide LEED points in the Materials & Resources category.

WaveLens panels can be mounted in multiple ways:

You can create a cloud at the first reflection points on your ceiling (e.g., above the listening / mixing position) by grouping multiple WaveLens panels together in a suspended ceiling grid.

You can mount them on a wall (mounting hardware included) on top of other acoustic panels or bass traps. If you have absorption behind the WaveLens, sound waves that hit straight on will be mostly absorbed. However, sound waves that hit the WaveLens at an angle will be partly scattered, partly absorbed.
